I had an amazing experience here! They helped me fix my exhaust and did an incredible tint job on my M8 — everything came out perfect. The sound is exactly what I wanted, and the tint looks super clean and professional.

The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail. They answered all my questions, made sure I understood my options, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with the results.

You can tell they take pride in their work. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality work and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

After having my car ceramic coated and PPF by another company and being disappointed with the results (dirt streaks and a sloppy finish), I brought it to DPM Auto Pros. David and his team immediately assessed the issues, explained what went wrong, and redid the job quickly and thoroughly. What really stood out was their exceptional service — they even delivered my car to me at 10 PM so I could have it ready for the next day. Overall, I had a good experience with David and his team at DPM. They offer competitive pricing on front PPF and ceramic coating without compromising on quality. However, they did forget to apply PPF to the front badge, and I’ve been unable to reach them via text or phone over the past week to get the missing piece installed. I’ll update this review based on how the resolution progresses.

David and the team came through on a killer deal for tints. The Corvette is now protected and looks even better than it did from the factory. I had the utmost confidence in their team as they walked me through the process, the options, and upon completion they left it inside under the lights so I could do an inspection and take some photos. This shop is seriously a hidden gem in the Northshore area. I will be recommending them from here forward!

I am shocked by all the positive reviews this establishment has. I took my wife’s SUV (8,000 mile 24 Armada) to dpm for an interior and exterior detailing. I specifically asked if they would wax the vehicle which they assured me they would. Aidan looked at the vehicle and quoted $475 for an interior and exterior detail. When I went to pick the vehicle up, I noticed that the tires did not have tire shine which I brushed off as no big deal. I ran my hand across the paint and could tell that the vehicle wasn’t waxed. Walking around the truck I saw spots they had missed which still had dirt. When I asked him about the wax he said they use a spray wax and when the car is wet the water will bead right off. I have used spray wax before and could tell that they didn’t even do that. When asking him again about the wax he changed his story from spray wax to the soap they used to wash the car is infused with wax. So essentially, I paid $475 for a car wash with a deep interior cleaning. I was livid! I tried to leave and couldn’t as they had killed the battery while the truck was in the wash bay. They are crooks and wouldn’t trust them with any type of ceramic coating. In fact, I would take my vehicle to another detailer to spot check their work as they stole almost $500 from me. The icing on the cake is that Aidan argued with me for a bit regarding what he said regarding the wax application, offered to rewash the car, and then continued to say waxing the truck would be more. Owners beware, they tell you one thing and perform something completely different. Get your ceramic coatings inspected.

DPM is incredible. I brought my BMW M550i in to have the paint corrected. David and his team went above and beyond. They applied VIN matched touch up paint that I supplied to fix the paint chips, and they meticulously corrected every body panel of the car.

These guys are car guys, so they care about the work they do to your car. This shows in the results. I will use again, and I have already recommended DPM to my other car buddies. Would give 6 stars if I could, I could NOT be happier.

I recently had my new Jeep’s paint corrected and ceramic coat applied both on its exterior and interior. Dave was incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly to work with. They got everything done when they said they were going to do. I feel like they went above and beyond to make it a great experience. On my maintenance watch, I left a personal item in their waiting area. I was planning on stopping by the following day. Dave instead went out of his way to drop it off at my house. It was a very nice gesture and showed how much he cares for his customers. I would highly recommend working with his team at DPM.

BMW M8: Gold 5 year ceramic coating and ceramic window tint all around.

Porsche Macan: Gold 5 year ceramic coating.

Audi A4: Platinum 8 year interior and exterior ceramic coating, and ceramic window tint all around.

David was in communication with me throughout the whole process. Periodical updates were given for each car which was very much appreciated.

The pictures attached do not do justice to the sheer gloss brought back to the cars.

WOW, David and his crew are amazing. They did a ceramic coating on my high roof sprinter van and it turned out absolutely perfect. This van is literally 10 feet tall and cleaning it is like cleaning a bill board. When picking it up I gave it a good once over and the entire van was perfect! The paint was buttery soft with a mirror like shine. The van is 4 years old and it looks better now than it did when it was brand new. From my first phone call asking about price, process etc. all the way to pick up they were professional, courteous, and gave me all the information needed to make an informed decision. Very quick turnaround and great results working with David. Explained the whole process in detail to my girlfriend and myself for our cars and they turned out fantastic.

Highly recommend for a very reasonably priced ceramic coating, just make sure to keep up with maintenance washes to keep it looking new.

I'm editing my 5 star review. It's been 9 months since I've had my ceramic coating done. I was told that I can bring my car in every 6 months to get it washed, and have the coating inspected, for the entirety of the warranty (7ish years?). Every time I try to schedule this, I get ignored. I've been ignored via text, and email. Even after initially getting a response from the owner, I get ignored as soon as they realize I'm trying to schedule a wash/inspection, and I'm not a new customer. It's very confusing. I'm reducing my rating for a complete lack of professional communication, and for being lied to. I would no longer recommend this company. Perhaps there is a reason to spend the extra cash.

I was researching places to get my ceramic coating done for quite a while, and ended up going here because the price was great, and obviously the reviews. very glad I did. David did an amazing job, and is extremely professional. There's absolutely no reason to spend $2000+ getting a ceramic coating when places like DPM exist. Highly recommend.

If there was something bad to say about this place I would but from my experience there they were nothing but excellent. The only somewhat annoying issue is that waze take you to the wrong place and it is tucked away so it is a bit tricky to find but they had the best quote for a ceramic coating and even extended a sale they quoted me even though it had just pasted when I came back to schedule, and for the work I will admit it is hard for me to compare since this was my first ceramic coating but the car looked even better than when I got it new. I will try to update this review as the coat ages and they do washes but from my experience so far I really don’t think they could’ve done a better job between pricing, availability, customer service, and the quality of their service. Overall if you’re looking to get your car detailed or get a ceramic coating come here for a quote before going anywhere else

Update: Had my car in the shop and got a scratch repaired while it was there, when I finally got it back I found the body shop removed my fender PPF and didn't replace it after paint, Took it back here for the fender PPF and to reapply and lost ceramic coating and couldn't be happier about the job being done. Their work is always amazing and nobody else I've gone to has had better prices or availability. Genuinely think this is the best detailing business in the area, 10/10.
